SFF Pokalen has mandated Mäter i Sverige AB and inspector Erik Nilsson to carry out a mandatory ventilation control (Swedish abbreviation, OVK) on the property.

The OVK will take place in your residence sometime according to the date and time specified below.

What should I consider as a resident?

-This visit is part of the work that SFF Pokalen has ordered, subsequent visits cost extra, so it is important that you give the OVK inspector access to your home in person or by providing an extra key.

- If access is not granted, you may be charged for additional visits. Please remove objects that are in the way of vents in the ceiling and wall.

-To those of you who stay at home: it is unfortunately not possible to provide an exact time for the inspection of your apartment. If you need to leave home even for a short errand, it is safest to hand in an extra key in the morning.

-To those who leave spare keys: please remove your spare key from key chains and other keys.

How do I give access to the residence?

Key collection will take place inside the gate of Garvis Carlssons gata 4, at 07:40 am.
